To initiate collaboration, a Client Questionnaire will be provided to gather essential information regarding business needs and objectives. This understanding will enable tailored services for optimal support.

 A follow-up email will be sent summarizing the introductory call, outlining key discussion points, and next steps. The contract will also be included for review and signature.

Upon selection of the appropriate monthly hour package, an invoice will be issued for your convenience. Payment is due by the first of each month, ensuring coverage for that respective month. Clients have the flexibility to adjust their subscription's allocated hours for subsequent months as needed.

Upon receipt of the signed contract and payment, we will schedule a dedicated launch meeting. This session will comprehensively cover the operational aspects of our collaboration, including working hours, established procedures, assigned tasks, and access protocols for necessary resources such as calendars and software. This meeting is typically 45 minutes in duration
